JOB OPPORTUNITY – REGISTERED PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSOCIATE or AMFT

OVERVIEW 

We are seeking an outstanding Registered Psychological Associate or AMFT to join our terrific team. Position is an in-person W2 position with excellent compensation and benefits. We are most interested in those with good prior clinical experience, training and experience in psychodynamic psychotherapy and can commit to a minimum of 20 client hours per week. Must be willing to commit to a minimum of 2 years. Outstanding individual supervision provided.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Provide individual, couple and family psychotherapy with a diverse set of clients presenting with a range of presenting concerns. 

  • Conduct psychological testing (Registered Psychological Associates only) with a range of clients and presenting concerns. 

  • Complete all administrative duties including notes and billing through our EHR (Theranest) in a timely manner. 

  • Be a good team player. 

Skills and Experience 

  • Must have prior clinical experience with a range of clients and presenting concerns. 

  • Must have interest and experience in working psychodynamically and interested in depth-focused, insight-oriented psychotherapy and supervision. 

  • Must demonstrate diverse cultural sensitivity and knowledge, be LGBTQIA+ affirmative and be neurodiversity affirmative. 

  • Must demonstrate flexibility and be capable of being a good team member. 

Qualifications 

  • Minimum of Master's degree in Psychology from a reputable institution.

  • Must be eligible to be registered through the Board of Psychology as a Registered Psychological Associate or have AMFT number through the Board of Behavioral Sciences. 

  • Must be willing to commit to a minimum of two years to the practice.
