OVERVIEW 

We are seeking an outstanding Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) to join our terrific team. Position is an in-person W2 position with excellent compensation and benefits. We are most interested in those with good prior clinical experience, training and experience in psychodynamic psychotherapy and can commit to a minimum of 20 client hours per week. Must be willing to commit to a minimum of 2 years. Outstanding individual supervision provided.

Key Responsibilities  

• Provide individual, couple and family psychotherapy with a diverse set of clients presenting with a range of presenting concerns. 

• Complete all administrative duties including notes and billing through our EHR (Theranest) in a timely manner. 

• Be a good team player. 

Skills and Experience 

• Must have prior clinical experience with a range of clients and presenting concerns. 

• Must have interest and experience in working psychodynamically and interested in depth-focused, insight-oriented psychotherapy and supervision. 

• Must demonstrate diverse cultural sensitivity and knowledge, be LGBTQIA+ affirmative and be neurodiversity affirmative. 

• Must demonstrate flexibility and be capable of being a good team member. 

Qualifications 

• Minimum of Master's degree in Psychology from a reputable institution.

• Must have AMFT number through the Board of Behavioral Sciences. 

• Must be willing to commit to a minimum of two years to the practice.
