JOB OPPORTUNITY – REGISTERED PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSOCIATE POSITION

OVERVIEW
We are seeking an outstanding Registered Psychological Associate to join our terrific team. Position is an in-person W2 position with excellent compensation and benefits. We are most interested in those with good prior clinical experience, training and experience in psychodynamic psychotherapy and can commit to a minimum of 20 client hours per week. Must be willing to commit to a minimum of 2 years. Outstanding individual supervision provided.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual, couple and family psychotherapy with a diverse set of clients presenting with a range of presenting concerns.
Conduct psychological testing with a range of clients and presenting concerns.
Complete all administrative duties including notes and billing through our EHR (Theranest) in a timely manner.
Be a good team player.
Skills and Experience
· Must have prior clinical experience with a range of clients and presenting concerns.
Must have interest and experience in working psychodynamically and interested in depth-focused, insight-oriented psychotherapy and supervision.
Must demonstrate diverse cultural sensitivity and knowledge, be LGBTQIA+ affirmative and be neurodiversity affirmative.
Must demonstrate flexibility and be capable of being a good team member.
Qualifications
Must have a minimum of Master's degree in Psychology and be Ph.D./Psy.D. eligible from a reputable institution
Must be eligible to be registered through the Board of Psychology as a Registered Psychological Associate
