Neve Johnson, M.S., AMFT, is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT 140119) practicing under the supervision of Dr. Janice Nishiyama (PSY 16545). She completed her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology at Arizona State University and received her Master of Science (M.S.) in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Southern California. Neve has experience working with individuals, families, couples, and adolescents, and children.  She has a wide breadth of clinical experience including addiction, mood dysregulation, anxiety, self-esteem building, developmental trauma and complex PTSD, personality disorders, interpersonal relational difficulties, and parenting concerns. Additionally, she works with neurodivergence, sexuality and racial trauma, marital issues, attachment trauma, and grief and loss. Neve is experienced and has a special interest in working with individuals from varying backgrounds including the BIPOC and LGBTQ2IA+ communities.

Neve utilizes an integrative psychodynamic perspective to help clients gain insight into how their past experiences have shaped their present lives. She helps clients feel empowered to explore their inner worlds, make connections between past experiences and present behaviors, and develop new ways of thinking and relating. Neve tailors her therapeutic approach to each client's unique goals and needs. She believes that by fostering a supportive and nurturing therapeutic relationship, clients can feel empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives and achieve their desired outcomes.
